ERIK KOPPLIN, DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Co-Founder of KCC design + build, Erik Kopplin brings significant design+build construction experience to his position as Director of Construction. Erik is a rare “master builder” who fully understands complex architecture, engineering, estimating/cost maximization, and governing agencies.
Erik possesses unmatched conflict resolution skills obtained through building over $1-billion in commercial and residential markets. He sets high expectations for his team of architects and quality contractors and never tires until a task or project is 100% complete.
Erik is a fourth-generation builder who knew from a very young age his path in life “to build”. His dream to be a builder lead him to study civil engineering and construction management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduation, Erik secured a position at a top global general contractor where he rose in his career for over 10 years executing high-profile commercial construction projects ranging from $10 to $600 million.
Erik thrives in complex environments and proven expertise in directing teams while maintaining exceptional client relations.
CHRISTINA KOPPLIN, DIRECTOR OF DESIGN
Co-Founder Chrissy Kopplin is a solutions driven design executive offering over 10 years of global design experience with luxury brands. Utilizing her background in Design and Architecture, Chrissy has been the lead designer on over 2,000 domestic and international projects, across 90 countries, from concept development to completion. Collaborates with clients to forge partnerships, launch new branded environments, and maintain brand consistency.
Chrissy possesses a passion to create branded environments through conceptual and strategic development processes.
