ERIK KOPPLIN
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Erik Kopplin oversees all departments to ensure the team delivers an unmatched level of excellence to each and every client. His past experiences building over $1-billion in commercial and residential markets with top national builders has given him expert conflict-resolution skills. He's known for always setting high expectations for his team of architects, designers, and quality contractors—never tiring until a task or project is 100% complete.
Erik's approach at KCC is purposeful in that he genuinely cares about every client's mission, and is focused on leading them to success. He thrives in both the physical and mental challenge of the build industry, doing whatever it takes to get the job done and meet the deadline.
CHRISSY KOPPLIN
CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Chrissy Kopplin oversees business development partnering directly with architects and industry leaders to support innovation. She is a solutions-driven executive offering over 15 years of global design experience in luxury sectors. Having designed + managed over $700M in projects both domestic and internationally, Chrissy understands what it takes to deliver projects on time and on budget. Her experience working with large corporations has allowed her to take best practices and efficiencies developed at billion-dollar companies to benefit boutique projects. Her approach at KCC is unique in that she looks at each project both creatively and practically.
TIMOTHY BAUSER
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Tim is responsible for oversight and management of the Hamptons residential division. He found a love for architecture & building at a young age from watching his grandfather work as a commerical architect in NYC. Tim has 20 years' experience in high end residential construction having worked with one of New York's top leaders in automation & control systems in the Hamptons and NYC. It is here where Tim worked closely and diligently with the nation's most prestigious architects, designers and clients. Whether it be a Park Avenue Penthouse, an UES Brownstone, a Hamptons Estate or an Ocean Front property, Tim knows and understands first hand exactly the hard work and determination it takes to complete projects on-time and concisely.
ROB ROESER
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Rob is accountable for oversight and management of the West Coast commerical and residential divisions. As a proud Construction Management alum from Michigan State University, he spent over 10 years building large commercial projects in aviation, education, and healthcare markets with world class Design-Build General Contractors. He has helped facilitate projects ranging from $1-Million to $1-Billion in total value.
With his past experiences, he has developed a strong passion to help plan and deliver a client's aspiration into a tangible reality. His ambition at KCC is to capitalize on opportunities and help develop a lasting legacy, one project at a time.
JENNY O'LEARY
DIRECTOR OF DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION
Jenny is the Director of Design + Construction for the NYC District and National accounts. She is a registered architect is NYS and experienced project manager in the retail, hospitality, and luxury fitness industries. Jenny is interested in how innovative spatial design directly impacts the customer experience and brand evolution for a company's expansion plan. She helps brands expand their reach to consumers through design of clear brand identities, development of construction prototypes and creation of inimitable brand details. Her unique ability to straddle both the design and construction worlds means consistent delivery of projects thoughtfully designed, on schedule, within budget, and beautifully executed.
Jenny graduated from Tulane University with a Master of Architecture and annually dreams of returning to New Orleans to take on another Mardi Gras. As a native of Buffalo, NY she is an avid Bills and Sabres fan. Jenny currently resides in Brooklyn and when not in the office, can be found at the gym boxing, partaking in architectural walking tours around the city, and continuing her search for the best cheeseburger worldwide.
